Once you add items to your Shopping Cart, siply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the quick check out process.

HOW DOES YOUR SHIPPING WORK? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Since we partner with several global merchants to offer you the best prices and products, our orders are shipped from many different locations, including USA, UK, EU, China, Thailand, India, etc. Because we ship from these countries and since processing time usually takes 1-5 business days, your items may take up to 10-21 business days to arrive.
Please note that even though we ship internationally for free, we are not responsible for any additional customs fees you may incur. Also, we aren't responsibile if your country's customs office holds the item and does not release it. Therefore we cannot issue refunds or free replacements if your customs office is at fault of you not getting your package. Please check your country's customs office policy before ordering if you're not sure about additional fees and their stance on internationally shipped items.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. In situations where products are in high demand, processing time can take longer than 3 working days.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
While we do our absolute best to get you everything at the same time, many of our items are shipped from different locations and countries, at different times, so they may not always arrive at the same time and in the same package.
I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING IN MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT?
You can alter your order at any time prior to shipment. However, once the order has been shipped, it is completely out of our control and can no longer be changed. If your order hasn't yet been shipped, please contact email@example.com with the details you want changed.
Once shipment email is received we will no longer to be able to change or correct delivery information. You the customer will void any replacements or refunds if correct shipment information isn't provided at the time of shipment email.
Also, if you would like to add something to your previous order, you will have to place a new order for the new item separately.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. If you wish to cancel, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.
We will process all refunds within 24-48 hours.
I HAVE MY ORDER NUMBER BUT I STILL DIDN'T GET MY TRACKING NUMBER. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders can take 1-5 business days to be processed and shipped due to increased demand. As soon as your order has been shipped you will be notified via email immediately.
I'VE GOT MY TRACKING NUMBER, BUT THERE IS NO INFORMATION.
The shipping information can take 24-48 hours to be processed by either USPS or UPS for US orders. All other countries may have slightly longer delays for the tracking information to update. This is not up to us and depends entirely on the shipment service and how fast they update the information.
