Goods Beast Refund Policy

Returns
  • We accept Email requests for returns/refunds within 30 days of you receiving your items. If the item is in your possession for more than 30 days, it is considered used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement.
  • If you are not satisfied when you receive the item, please notify us within 30 days for a replacement or your money back. Please contact us for a return guide before you return it.
  • All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging, original condition, and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your order ID.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods as well as underwear.

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health, personal care and cosmetics items

To complete your return or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons other than our error is non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you film the unpacking and prove that the item was broken/defective upon arrival, we will issue you a refund or send you a replacement immediately, allowing you to keep or discard the defective item without sending it back to us.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at owner@goodsbeast.com and we will look into it and make sure you get your money.

Special Promotion items:
Unfortunately, items that are sold under a special promotion (for example, "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" or "FREE ITEM JUST PAY SHIPPING") cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged through our fault.

Shipping
To return your product, e-mail us at owner@goodsbeast.com for a return address and instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

Without trackable shipping, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
